In the fourth quarter of 2021, the carpooling and ridesharing app market in Tunisia exhibited varied performance across different metrics. According to data from Sensor Tower, the top five apps in this category were inDrive. Save on city rides, Bolt: Request a Ride, Split - Covoiturage, Yassir - Ride, Eat & Shop, and Uber - Request a ride.

inDrive. Save on city rides saw fluctuating weekly downloads, peaking at around 13.3K in mid-October before dropping to approximately 3.9K in early December. The app's weekly active users showed a steady increase from about 31.9K at the start of the quarter to a high of 49K by the end of December.

Bolt: Request a Ride experienced a varied download trend, with a notable rise to 6.8K in the week of December 20. Active users for Bolt also demonstrated a positive trend, increasing from 45.4K at the beginning of the quarter to 50.6K in late December.

Split - Covoiturage had a more sporadic pattern in weekly downloads, starting with just 454 in late September and reaching a peak of 4.1K in the week of December 20.

Yassir - Ride, Eat & Shop saw a significant jump in downloads mid-quarter, peaking at 4.5K in mid-November. The active user base also mirrored this trend, rising from 3.4K in late September to 8.8K in mid-November before stabilizing around 6.6K by the end of December.

Uber - Request a ride maintained relatively consistent download numbers throughout the quarter, hovering around the 200-300 range weekly. Active users for Uber showed a gradual increase from 7.6K to 8.9K over the same period.
